Anna's passion for other cultures has taken her around the world - in Thailand she trained at the "Wat Po Medical School" in the Healing Art of Traditional Thai Therapy. She is a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher as taught by Yogi Bhajan®, a qualified Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Therapist, is certified in Amatsu-Anma and is granted all rights of Reiki Master, Practitioner and Teacher.
Anna teaches Kundalini Yoga to students of different levels and abilities; through Kundalini Yoga we awaken the Kundalini energy in order to be able to call upon the full potential of the nervous and glandular systems and to balance the subtle system of chakras and meridians within the body. It combines breath-work, postures, stress release, relaxation techniques, mantras and meditations with an emphasis on the importance of alignment and the breath.
The approach that Anna takes in her classes is that yoga is available to everyone; practicing yoga should be an enjoyable and uplifting experience that empowers the individual and offers a tool for life. She strongly believes, that yoga can touch and change our life in miraculous ways.

Claire is a certified Pilates instructor, having trained with Bodyfirm Pilates studio, Dublin. She has been teaching Pilates for over 4 years in various studios around Dublin and has been a resident in the South William Space for 3 years. Over the course of her time as a teacher she has had the wonderful fortune of seeing, first-hand, the benefits of this great practice, helped via the individual care and attention she aims to give each student in every class.
When Claire discovered Pilates, she had decided that the time was right to move on from dance school where she had spent most of her young life, enjoying the hobby that kept her fit, healthy and strong. She soon found out that Pilates was the perfect replacement and knew after her first class that she wanted to become an instructor. 3 years later she trained with Bodyfirm Pilates and it has been one of the best decisions of her life.
Pilates is a wonderful practise that is guaranteed to bring your attention back to your body. It is a physically and mentally challenging practise but above all the work is incredibly rewarding, even after just one class. This work is suitable for able bodied men and women of all ages. You will feel the positive effects of having longer, leaner, stronger muscles, improved posture that will protect your spine, increased stamina and a calmer, relaxed mind in a short space of time. These benefits will last a lifetime with regular practise.
Keeping numbers to a minimum to maximise individual attention, there is a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere in each class. Claire encourages all students to work to their own ability. Students find that it only takes the smallest change within each exercise to make the work a little easier or to increase the challenge. Whether you run marathons, play golf or just simply want to improve your fitness, strength and flexibility, all in an incredibly supportive manner, you are most welcome to come and join the class.

Yoga has led me to find answers to the many questions in my personal life journey. In my daily life yoga brings clarity, surrender and a deep inner trust. It teaches me patience, respect and grace. On the mat, Yoga represents breath, concentration, and relaxation. I completed a yoga teacher training program in 2011 at Neo Yoga Centre in India on Goa. I was teaching at Satsanga Retreat Yoga Center on Goa. To deepen my own practice and my teaching technique, I attended retreats and workshops with internationally recognized teachers in various style of yoga style in India and I was inspired by great teachers. As a former professional dancer and dance teacher was easy to find relation with Yoga and to fall in love with. Each class becomes a choreographed journey through the body and mind, fusing the qualities of traditional yoga with personal discovery and self expression.

I qualified as a yoga teacher after completing a two year training diploma with Yoga Therapy Ireland, a certified Yoga Alliance course (RYS 500 hours). The course included over 660 training hours with a strong emphasis on Anatomy and Physiology, instructing me how to make yoga accessible for everyone, regardless of what injuries or health issues the student may have.My classes recognise that each body is different and I teach in a way that allows the student to choose the level of movement suitable for their own body, while safely building strength and increasing flexibility. I encourage my students to lead with the body and not the mind, guiding them to feel their bodies from the inside out and meet themselves with openess and contentment. I use the postures as tools to unravel tension, stretch and strengthen the body, soothe the mind and to deepen your awareness and relationship with yourself.
Along with the many physical health benefits yoga brings, I was very drawn to the mental and emotional healing that occurs through the practice. To study this in greater depth, I travelled to Massachusetts in 2011 to undertake training with The Trauma Centre at JRI. There I qualified as a Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher, specialising in how to teach yoga to people overcoming trauma, and to those who have post traumatic stress and anxiety related disorders as a result.
I also qualified with Yoga Therapy Ireland to teach Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Mum and Baby yoga .
I continue to deepen my knowledge and develop my teaching further by studying with many inspiring yoga teachers around the world, including Ana Forrest, Jason Crandell, Bo Forbes, Meghan Currie and Tara Fraser.

Voted Best Yoga Teacher in Dublin 2012 by Hot Press. Michael teaches a form of Hatha yoga called Anusara interweaving his experience of meditation, his love of philosophy and poetry with a skillful bio-mechanical technology that supports each student in moving safely within the practice of yoga. I originally came to yoga practice to alleviate stiffness and tension in my body following greuling...and sometimes punishing...Iron Man training, and I immediately knew, from my first class, that it was the start of a lifelong journey with an incredible discipline that has a profound effect on mind, body and spirit. I am...and always will be a student to yoga throughout my life and willing to continue to learn every day.
After years of swimming, biking, running, crossfit, sailing...and many injuries..I knew my body...and my mind needed something to compliment all of this. However, as I got more into yoga, I realised that I wasn’t just coming back to stretch. Yoga was giving me a peace of mind, confidence, and made difficult periods of my life a lot easier to deal with. Throughout my yoga journey I practiced with many inspiring teachers. Ive been lucky enough to practice different styles of yoga: Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Bikram. The highlight of my yoga journey so far has been Yoga Teacher Teacher training In India. This followed 3 months of Studying Yoga in Ireland , I decided i wanted to learn from source. The training allowed me to deepen my yoga knowledge and resulted in my qualification to teach Hatha Yoga.It was and always will be the most humbling experience of my life.
My primary goal is to share with those I am privileged to teach, and I hope they get the same enjoyment that yoga practice and teaching gives me.
RYS-Registered Yoga School 200hrs- Studied in the areas of Asana, Pranayama, Mediatation, Anatomy and other Yoga and Vedic Philosopy. Currently studying Bio medicine and Acupuncture in Griffith College Dublin, Iron Man Competitor and triathlete, Swimming Competitively, Level One Triathlon Trianing Coach, Child Protection Course Completed, Sailing Instructor, Swim Instructor.

Video Blog Introduction
I have been teaching yoga for 10 years. I initially trained in classical yoga under SriDharma Mittra having been a regular student of his for many years. I mainly teach Vinyasa (flowing yoga), presenting postures that connect from one to another through continuous flowing movement. My classes are dynamic, strong and challenging yet there is room for each student to go at their own pace. My teaching is influenced by Anusara Yoga’s physical alignment techniques. I went down the path of Anusara training but decided to continue on my own personal path as a teacher, incorporating different style of yoga or meditation, instead of joining one system. I am dedicated to the Vipassana meditation technique. I recently embarked on a Mindfulness Meditation course to be able to offer useful meditation techniques to my yoga students.
I am most of all grateful to all who come to my yoga classes. The path of teaching yoga has been both rewarding and challenging in equal levels. It’s the people I meet in the yoga room that keep me inspired to progress as a teacher.I try do my best at all times, teaching warmly and from the heart in the understanding that yoga, meditation and awareness improve peoples lives.
